New footage revealed in the Russian trailer for “X-Men: First Class”

Last month we brought you the first full-trailer for Matthew Vaughn’s X-Men: First Class, which is set to open June 3rd of this year, and the Russian trailer has now appeared. As is usually the case with foreign trailers, we get some new visuals we didn’t get in the original U.S. trailer. It’s in Russian, but the visuals say everything you need to know. Let’s have a look…

Some may find this version of the trailer more interesting. The subject material lends itself to being highly visual and action packed, but it would be great  if this turned out to be a comic-book movie with more substance than usual.

Did this new trailer make you want to see this film more, less, or were you not affected at all? Leave us your thoughts below!

  1. I just kinda randomly watched this yesterday and gotta admit that I had a few geekout moments. The part I loved was when Magneto pulls a gun toward him really quickly, then quickly turns and fires. Seems simple, but I don’t recall them ever having done that in any of the movies and it looked totally badass. There’s another cool shot where he does something similar with a big knife.

I’m basically only excited for this movie because it has McAvoy as Xavier and Fassbender as Magneto, and this trailer makes them both look cool, so I’m still hoping (probably foolishly) that this might end up being really good.
