A few days ago, we brought you the story of Park Chan-wook’s (Oldboy) newest film (a 30-minute iPhone movie) and now we have an even better present for you–the trailer.
Though this is only a teaser trailer, it gives you an idea of the result you’d get when you pair a great mind with a slick phone.
And as if that wasn’t enough for you, we also have a behind-the-scenes video (Korean language only).
You can definitely tell this is a Park Chan-wook movie by its strangeness and violence and hey look–it’s the actor (Oh Kwang-Rok) from the opening of Oldboy! It appears as if the iPhone 4 can hold its own by producing quite usable images. Ultimately, I think that this will be a short-lived fad if anything at all. I don’t believe filmmakers will opt to buy an iPhone 4 just to make films but then again, only time will tell. What do you think about the iPhone 4’s filmmaking capabilities? What do you think about the film?
